Paul thinks it’s very sweet of you to be concerned about the feelings and security of your furry little friend. In fact, Paul is jealous of dogs, with their shiny coats and chew toys and mammalian nervous systems. Does my dog know I love him? Of course he does! Your dog is hard-wired to believe that you love him even if you didn’t. It’s a sort of blissful ignorance, a blind faith in humanity (that we definitely don’t deserve btw). So be good to your dog and live up to the privelage of having a totally devoted and loyal companion! Play with him, walk him, cuddle him, sing to him, massage him, take him to day spas and interesting roadside attractions, and, most importantly, let him sleep on your bed!
